Spence Bowman and his sons operated a drilling business for many years. During that time, they ate out at many different restaurants all over the state of Utah, wherever their work happened to take them. The best meals, it seemed, were always the ones made at home or in a dutch oven by Spence or Jess bowman. a few years ago, they acquired a piece of land next to iron springs resort. with the desire to create a local family business, and to be able to work here in cedar city where we live, we have now built bowman's cowboy kitchen. James bowman, wanting the food quality to be the best possible studied culinary arts at southwest tech where he was named culinary student of the year. our family is working hard to provide good food at a good place. we hope you will give us a try!
